The Caruthersville Fire and Police Departments are selling tickets for a chance to win this 2013 Polaris 500 EFI Crew Cab Ranger and trailer. Tickets are 1 for $10.00 or 5 for $40. Proceeds are going towards Randy McDonald and Evan Burns Memorials and Scholarship funds. Both of these men gave their life while in the line of duty serving Caruthersville.
