The CHS Football team will be playing in the State Playoffs in Brentwood, Missouri, on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. Caruthersville is so proud of these gentlemen! A couple of events are planned to help cheer them on and show just how proud we are of them.

Thursday, November 12th, 7:00 p.m. - Bonfire at the Riverfront

Join us for a traditional bonfire in honor of the CHS Football team!

Friday, November 13th, 1:30 p.m. - Tiger Drive Through

Police escort FROM Caruthersville Middle School through downtown TO Caruthersville Elementary School. There they will have a "Tiger Walk". Then a police escort down Truman and out to city limits.
Everyone come out and cheer on the Tigers as they leave for Brentwood! We encourage businesses and residents to display their Red & White on Friday if possible.

12th Annual Chili Cookoff

On Saturday, October 17, 2009, the Caruthersville Chamber of Commerce hosted the 12th Annual Chili Cookoff in downtown Caruthersville. It was a very cold, windy day but that didn't stop everyone from coming out to enjoy the day's festivities.
